Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Familiarity with kitchen pass systems and coordination with service staff.
- Bonus: Experience in food styling or plating workshops.
Night Cleaner
Qualification:
- Understanding of deep cleaning procedures and safe chemical usage.
- Physically fit and comfortable working night shifts independently.
- High level of discipline and responsibility.
- Consistent adherence to cleanliness and safety SOPs.
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality environments or additional support tasks like laundry or restocking.
