Qualification:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with kitchen pass systems and coordination with service staff.
  • Bonus: Experience in food styling or plating workshops.
Night Cleaner

Qualification:

  • Understanding of deep cleaning procedures and safe chemical usage.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working night shifts independently.
  • High level of discipline and responsibility.
  • Consistent adherence to cleanliness and safety SOPs.
  • Bonus: Experience in hospitality environments or additional support tasks like laundry or restocking.
